Priyanka Chopra has bagged her first National Award for her role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s hindi movie Fashion. Arjun Rampal (Rock On!!) and Kangna Ranaut (Fashion) were adjudged Best Supporting Actor and Actress.
The 56th National Film Awards announced on Saturday 23 Jan. 2010. The Best Film award went to Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s Antaheen (Bengali).
The award for the Best Hindi Film went to Abhishek Kapoor’s Rock On. Abhay Deol starrer Oye Lucky, Lucky Oye won the Popular Film Award.
